Gifsy turns a photo into an animated GIF, a cut-out sticker, an interactive 3D scene, or a 3D model. GIFs, stickers and 3D scene depth run in your browser (see the privacy policy for the one fallback). 3D models are made on our GPU servers. Published 3D scenes are hosted by us and given a shareable link and an embed code. By using Gifsy, you agree to these terms.
Who you are dealing with. Gifsy is not a registered company. It is operated by Aman Jha and Priyanshu Tiwari, as individuals, trading as Gifsy; “we” and “us” in these terms means them. Purchases are sold by Dodo Payments as merchant of record (see Refund Policy), so Dodo, not us, is the seller named on your receipt.
You can create GIFs, stickers and 3D scenes without an account, and there is no limit on them. A free account is required to generate a 3D model, and to publish anything. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to your email secure.
You keep all rights to the photos you use and the scenes you make. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service: to store, process and publicly serve a scene you choose to publish, so that its share link and embed work. That permission ends when the scene is deleted.
You confirm that you have the right to use any photo you upload or publish, and that doing so does not infringe anyone else's rights.
Pro is retired. Gifsy used to sell Pro, a one-time payment for unlimited 3D scenes and no badge. It is no longer sold, and every account now gets unlimited 3D scenes for free. If you bought Pro, you keep what only it gave: no badge on the scenes you publish, for as long as Gifsy operates as a service.
Removing, hiding or obscuring the Gifsy badge on a free account's embed — in CSS, in the embedding page, or otherwise — is not permitted.

We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.
We work to keep Gifsy and published embeds available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change, and we may discontinue parts of the service.
If we shut down Gifsy, we will give you reasonable notice, stop charging plans, and refund the current month of any plan on request. Because Pro was a one-time payment, there is no period to pro-rate: if we shut down or remove Pro features you paid for, and you bought Pro within the twelve months before that notice, we will refund you in full on request. We will also refund pack credits you bought and have not used.
Gifsy is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the total amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim (for Pro, the price you paid, whenever you paid it).
You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything important to you.
You can stop using Gifsy at any time. Cancel a plan from the Account page (Manage billing): it stops renewing, and you keep its credits until the end of the month you paid for. If you want a payment back, see Refunds. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. On closure, published scenes may be removed and their links and embeds will stop working.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continuing to use Gifsy after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
